Web update July 2021

Summer’s here and I have one big update to share! I’ve just released Angels and Other Extraordinary Beings, a collection of five of my novellas. Two are set in the world of Samaria, one is a Twelve Houses story, and two are standalones. All of them have been published before, but this is the first time they’ve been gathered in one volume. Unfortunately, I could only get digital rights, so the book is only available as an e-book, and so far it’s only available on Amazon. But if you have a Kindle and like e-books, I hope you’ll check it out!

In case you missed other recent news that I posted a few weeks ago, here’s a recap:

-My short story collection, Shadows of the Past, is now live on Amazon.com. It includes six stories that have been published online or in anthologies, and one that’s new. Three murder mysteries, a couple of modern-day pieces, and a couple more classic fantasy stories. Unlike the angel book, this one is available as a paperback as well as an e-book.

-Speaking of short stories, I’ve just written one for a noir fantasy/science fiction anthology called No Game For Knights, which will be edited by Larry Correia and Kacey Ezell. Not sure when it will be published. My story features a shape-shifter named William who makes appearances in two of my Shifting Circle books (The Shape of Desire and Still Life With Shape-Shifter).
